We are supporting Mercy Home for Boys & Girls. This heartwarming non-profit has long paved the way to those in a position of extreme vulnerability and has been a beacon of hope and support for so many children and teens right here in Chicago. Over here at Diamond Insurance Solutions, we have taken the decision to support their cause and help change outcomes for children and teens who have become victims of neglect and abuse by those who were supposed to care and protect them.

It’s so heartbreaking to hear the stories and challenges many of the children who have been helped by Mercy Home have gone through. They have are victims, victims of a terrible circumstance, victims of fear, victims of the silence of the majority, and worst of all, they are victims of a vicious and cyclical epidemic of family and gender-based violence!

Statistics indicate that children who have fallen victims of violence and grow up in non-traditional homes are at higher risk of having low academic skills, being bullied at school, and getting involved in violent behaviors.
